Are you left handed? You seem to reach for things with your left hand first. Though you do use your right hand too.

Ear infection + teething + new antibiotics + hot flashes + fever + vomiting = hospital visit. You were fine and happy most of the time, whined a bit when you got too tired and bored, fell asleep at the end and came home sleeping.

Ps: 24lbs5oz and 80cm?

You will be 11 months old tomorrow.

So far you have

Slept thru the night (8/8:30pm to 4/4:30am): 2 times

Slept first half of the night (8/8:30pm to midnight/1am): about 5 times.

We typically have to put you back to sleep when you wake up crying at least once.

Hopefully you are over your reflux and this time when we ween you off you won’t regress

You crawl everywhere in the house, and pretty fast too. Since your hands are on the floor while crawling, you can’t use them to carry toys, so you put them on your mouth to hold them from one place to another.

I think when we got back from Japan you proceeded to climb up all the stairs.

You were standing holding onto the center table in the family room. Julia was eating her snack and watching TV. You tried to grab her food and she pushed you away. You hit your chin hard on the table and then fell on your back on the floor, hitting your head. You cried very hard for a while. I watched the whole thing and held you right away, I thought for sure you broke a tooth or the like, but you seem fine. We told Julia she can’t ever push you, she was pretty upset and apologized to you.

I was eating a sandwich during Julia’s party and you wanted to have it – opened your mouth, pulled my hand with the sandwich towards your mouth, so I let you have it. You loved it, it was a turkey and cheese sandwich, and you ate about half of it (1/4 of the regular slice, so very small already). Soon you will be eating table food and not baby food anymore!

While in Japan you changed from a straight hum to a nnnngongnnngong

For some reason I think you must eat exactly on jar full at each meal.

You are getting pretty good at letting me know when you’re done.
