You started walking for real now, a few days before turning 13 months.

Your dinner tonight: boiled carrots, steamed broccoli, quinoa, edamame, raw bell pepper, grilled salmon, grilled asparagus, grilled baby bella mushrooms, berry boost juice, water, fresh raspberries and fresh mango. Wow!

Even with your ear infection, you slept from 8 pm to 5 am, wow! At 5 am you had a bottle and slept again until 7:30!

You had a 104 fever on Sunday, thanks to another ear infection. We have to take you to a ENT next, your doctor thinks we should do tubes…

You were climbing up the stairs and Julia followed you. You stopped in the middle, turned around and when you saw her, you said “Julia”. We all heard, it was crystal clear.

I’ve been trying to buy shoes for you but they simply don’t fit: your feet are too chubby!

You just had milk for the first time. I put it in a cup, you drank a little bit and started putting all the cheerios on the table inside the cup!

You were crawling after Gato and saying ga-to, ga-to and then said something that sounded like ga-to em ki, I think you tried to say Gato vem aqui.

You are one year old, how fast this first year was! You are a very sweet and happy baby, super fast crawler, good eater, wanting to eat whatever we are eating. You love Gato and chase him around. You love Julia and laughs so much with her. You wave your finger “no” and say hum-hum to yourself when you do something you shouldn’t. You walk around pushing a toy chair like it’s a walker. You carry toys in your mouth while crawling. You are pretty good at climbing on furniture. You can go up the stairs pretty fast (we don’t like that). You love baths and splashing water all over the place. You complain when we put you on the diaper changing table. You like video calls with vovó and vovô. You like your plane musical toy a lot. You scream and clap to the music, so funny. You didn’t eat your bday chocolate cupcake that Nonna made, you smashed it on the table. You were afraid of the candle. You love balloons!

Ear infection + teething + new antibiotics + hot flashes + fever + vomiting = hospital visit. You were fine and happy most of the time, whined a bit when you got too tired and bored, fell asleep at the end and came home sleeping.

Ps: 24lbs5oz and 80cm?
